1. What methods of payment do you accept?
All of our full length videos & memberships can be purchased through CCBill. If you don’t have a credit card or CCBill is not available to you, we also accept PayPal. Email us to get instructions.
2. How can I give feedback and/or suggestions?
We are always happy to hear from you! Email us your feedback, good or bad. Also, we are always open to suggestions, so feel free to send us your ideas and we’ll do our best to use them in our future videos.
3. Do any of your models offer sessions?
Yes. Click here to go to the Foxes Gallery. The ones with a location and contact info in their description offer sessions. We do our best to keep the info up to date but it could possibly be outdated. We do not arrange sessions. You must contact the model directly.
4. How can I contact a model from your website?
On our Foxes gallery page, you will see some models have an email or contact link. Please be respectful and only contact them with serious session inquiries. Asking them to come to your country without offering to pay for travel or asking too many questions is a big problem in the industry and is also why some have stopped offering sessions. Most session girls will require a deposit and/or references.
5. What do I receive if I join as a ScissorFoxes member?
You will have access to clips (5-7 minutes in length) of all of our most recent videos. You will also have access to all of the pictures from every video on our website. We will add a new clip and pictures every Tuesday and Friday. We will also be releasing new clips at random from older videos so watch out for that. Full length videos are sold separately and are not included in our members area. You do not have to be a member to by full length videos.
6. How often do you update the website?
We update the website every Tuesday and Friday with new pictures and clips for the member’s area and full length videos which are sold separately. We will also be releasing new clips at random from older videos for members and remastering older 720p full videos to 1080p.
7. Are there any benefits to being a recurring member?
Yes! First off, you only pay $23.95 for the first 30 days ($1.00 less than the one-time membership). After 30 days, you will save an additional $4.00 on every payment ($19.95/30 days) for the next 5 billings. Then, the price drops another $4.00 ($15.95/30 days) until you cancel your membership.
8. Do you have to be a member to buy videos from your site?
No, you don’t. Anybody can buy videos from our website.
9. How do I get discounts on videos?
If you buy 3 or more videos at once, you will receive a 10% discount off of your total purchase. We also have promo codes that you can find on our weekly newsletter, as well as on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter). We are also selling our newest video for $8.95 instead of $9.95 for the first 24 hours of it being released. This discount can also be combined with the cart discount as well as our promo codes.
10. Can I be a victim in your videos?
Unfortunately, we’re not looking for new victims at the moment. If this changes, we will make an announcement on our site and social media.
11. Can I download the videos to my computer?
Yes. This is not a streaming site. All videos are available to download to your computer.
12. Why do your older member clips say 'Expired'?
Due to how the new site is structured, it would have taken large amounts of time and money to program the old clips which used to be 10 clips (40 seconds each) for each video. What we’ve decided to do instead is, every so often, choose an older video that no longer have member clips, create a new 6 minute clip for it (like the new ones) and release it on Sundays. We will also remaster the Full video to 1080p to purchase separately. Customers can also request which videos they want us to remaster and create a new member clip for and we will then decide based on what’s most requested. We’ve also lowered the prices of all older videos which no longer have member clips.
13. Do you offer custom videos?
We are open to doing customs as long as they are only used on our site and they are within our scope. Email us your idea and we can go from there.
13. How do I cancel my recurring membership?

1. Why isn't my password working?
a) Make sure you are spelling it correctly. You may have mispelled it upon joining or purchasing a video.
b) Your membership may have expired.
c) Your account may have been blocked. This is usually due to password sharing or using your password on multiple computers or in multiple cities.

2. Why can't I view your videos on my Iphone, Smartphone, Ipad, etc?
All of our videos are MP4 formats. We recommend downloading VLC Player which is free. Email us if you require further assistance.
3. Why can't I see the videos I purchased on your old site?
The new website works on a completely different system (Woocommerce) so all videos purchased prior to the new version of our site are no longer in the system. If you would like to have access to your old videos again, simply email us and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Why can't I download the full video(s) I just purchased?
You should receive an email after you’ve made your purchase with a link to download your video(s). Make sure to check your junk mail folder. There’s also a login on top left corner on our site under “Video Login”. You can also use this link. A common issue is many customers misspell their email, username or password upon their purchase. Make sure to double check your spelling. If you’re still experiencing problems, please email us so that we can address this matter right away.
5. Why have I been blocked?
This is usually due to password sharing or using your password on multiple computers or in multiple cities. This is necessary to prevent illegal password sharing. We apologize for the inconvenience.

6. How can I get access to the full videos that I have previously purchased if I lost them?
Simply email us with as much information as you can. Example: email address that you used to purchase, username, list of videos. The more information you can provide us, the easier it will be for us to retrieve your videos.
