Jay is desperate to quit smoking and resorts to a sexy specialist whose methods are unique but very effective. Paradise puts him under her spell and uses a series of tight scissors, reefing on her huge heels of her boots for maximum grip. She also knocks him out real good but this will only help conquer his addiction.
