If you thought the first one was extreme, this one takes it to a whole new level. Even having a safe word couldn't help him, as Sara's hand-over-mouth is pressed so hard, you can't even speak. This is also the case with her reverse figure-4 headscissors. Only a handful of girls have mastered this, and Sara is one of them.
