Once again, we have a woman SO strong that Jay had to stop the challenge before it was over. Not only does Sheila knock him out TWICE only minutes apart from each other (the second one is pretty intense), but Jay said he lost track of how many times he blacked out, and his body went numb. She also admits to only using 40% of her power for the first knockout. Her quads are solid muscle and constrict around your throat until you feel like your head's about to pop off. Jay tries as hard as he can to make it until the end of the challenge, but the lack of oxygen and repeated KO's really got to him. He will never forget being prisoner to those knockout thighs. After making the terrified Jay scream for his life "I quit!" repeatedly at about the 9-minute mark, Sheila finally lets him go and stands proudly above him, flexing those amazing muscles. She truly is a Goddess! -
